Dylan Stefanec, 2012 football OL from Wisconsin, our Male Athlete of the Day, has committed to UW-Whitewater
We are proud to introduce Dylan Stefanec, a 5’10″, 285-pound offensive lineman from South Milwaukee High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as our Male Athlete of the Day. He recently committed to play at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater which has won the last four out of the last five NCAA Division III national championships. Dylan is planning on majoring in special education and human health and performance. The three-time All-Woodlands Conference performer is a beast in the weight room benching 370 pounds and deadlifting 450. He can bench 225 pounds 21 times. His NSR scout, Jason Lauren, Southeastern Wisconsin AD, describes Dylan in his scouting report: “Great vision. Can read defenses effectively. Calls out blitzes and double-teams. Can play anywhere on offensive line. Uses legs well and puts opponents on ground. Solid footwork. Drive blocks effectively.” In his essay to college coaches, Dylan says, “Working hard in sports also has migrated to working hard in the classroom and all of the things I do. Because of my hard work in sports, I want to play every chance I get. I work hard in the offseason in order to be better for the next season. This past year, I was in the weight room in the summer, working hard to get ready for this season.”
