College Scouts are on the ground in Coastal Carolina.
The staff at NSR is dedicated to finding scholarship opportunities for athletes in Coastal Carolina that possess the talent, desire, and motivation to compete at the collegiate level. We provide athletic evaluations, academic guidance, and an in-depth education on the recruiting process. Upon successful evaluation and qualification into our program, National Scouting Report will provide the appropriate link between the student athlete and over 2,000 colleges and universities across the country.
NSR prides itself on having scouts on the ground across the country and around the world, checking out our prospects firsthand and making sure they are the quality athletes that we are proud to represent. If you see an NSR scout at your next event, be sure to ask them any questions you may have about college recruiting, and how NSR can help secure the futures of young athletes.

With a background in both playing and coaching college football, I joined NSR to help athletes navigate the journey of being recruited. I am passionate about helping high school athletes that are qualified academically and have the talent and drive to compete and win at the next level. The recruiting game gets more complicated every day and my goal is to help streamline that process for our athletes to find the best fit for their abilities.

I grew up on Long Island, New York and started playing soccer at age three. I realized early on in high school that I wanted to play soccer in college. I was recruited to play in the ACC soccer at North Carolina State University. I was a starter as a freshman, that lead the team in goals. During the season I suffered a knee injury that lead me to not finish the season and I ended up transferring after my freshman year. I continued my career at West Virginia University that competes in the Big 12 Conference. Unfortunately, my knee injury took a toll on my body. After a year at WVU I ended up transferring for the second time where I would finish my career at Binghamton University that competes in the America East Conference. I was a team captain for my team as well as America East Striker of the year in 2017. I was ranked 77th best overall player in the nation by Top Drawer Soccer in 2017. I graduated with a bachelors in Sociology in 2019.Shortly after graduation I continued my career playing professionally overseas playing in the Zeny Futbol league (1st Division) for FC Slovako Zeny. My professional career was short lived due to a career ending injury I suffered. My love for the game didn't stop there. I then began my college coaching career. I started as a graduate assistant coach at Troy University where I also received my Masters degree in Physical Education. After two years, I had moved up to an assistant position. I was at Troy University for 4 years. I stepped away from my role at Troy University because it was best for my family and I. My partner John is a Division I Football Coach and due how demanding his job is, joining the NSR team allows me to stay connected to the sport that I love while continuing to help and support student athletes and their families through the recruiting process.

My name is Patrick Webb. I am excited to be a part of NSR. A little bit about me is I graduated high school in 1998 and continued my collegiate baseball career at a junior college in Mississippi called Northwest Junior College. I then furthered my education by attending Mississippi State University while getting my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in physical education. As soon as I got my degrees, I begin teaching and I taught school for 18 years in Mississippi, Georgia, and South Carolina. During those 18 years, I coached every year, many times multiple sports, mainly focusing on basketball and baseball. After I decided to make a career move and get out of teaching, I got into sales, but yet I continued my coaching career. I continue coaching to this day and love every minute of it! Well coaching, it allows me to look at all the talent on both teams and throughout every tournament in order to do my job here at NSR. I look forward to every tournament because every tournament brings numerous opportunities to be able to help kids further their playing career through NSR!
