Harley Skibicki

We’re very proud to announce that our Female Athlete of the Day is a 5’9″ volleyball hitter/blocker from Butler High School in Butler, Pennsylvania, Harley Skibicki.  She carries a 3.56 GPA and wants to major in interior design.  In her essay to college coaches, Harley says, “The biggest accomplishment for all of the hard work I’ve put into this sport would be getting a college scholarship. My dream is to go to a college that has my major, Graphic Design/ Graphic Arts, and would also allow me to play on their volleyball team. It would be the most amazing feeling in the world to be able to cheer on my team and be there to help push our way to the top.”  Her NSR scouting report reads, “Long legged athletic body-type. Passionate about volleyball.  Her coaches get very excited when talking about her work ethic and potential.  Described as an athlete “who will do whatever it takes to improve.” Mainly a right side/outside hitter possesses a good swing with strong hitting skills.  Good hands and a strong deep serve  Continually working on passing skills and back row play.”
