Meet our Female Athlete of the Day, a 5’9″ forward/guard from Bearden High School in Knoxville, Tennessee, Cozette Gaspard. An excellent student, Cozette has earned a 3.9 GPA. She expects to major in Business. Her NSR scout, Eastern Tennessee AD, Bill Davis, says, “Cozette is a defensive specialist, comfortable guarding players with height or opponents with a hot hand. Cozette’s passion for the game combined with a tremendous work ethic that she applies to academics, practice, and games make her an outstanding college prospect.” In her essay to college coaches, Cozette says, “I am a versatile player, currently playing post and small forward for my high school team, and guard and post on my AAU team. I am an extremely dedicated player on and off the court. I love working out on my own. I also enjoy running 5k’s in my free time.”
