How is what you are doing now working for you?  A key indicator of how many college coaches know about you is the number of athletic questionnaires you have received from coaches.  How many questionnaires have you gotten, not filled out on Web sites on your own, but actually gotten in the mail from a college coach?  If you are like most every other high school prospect in America, the answer is simple:  not many, if any.  That is a huge problem.

Coaches cannot recruit you if they do not know about you.  That makes sense, right?  How, then, do you get coaches to recognize you, then evaluate you, then finally recruit you?  If playing in club or travel events, going to college summer camps, making all-conference and getting your name in the local newspaper isn’t getting you the attention everyone promised, then what will?

You can where we’re going with this.  To get noticed by college coaches in today’s recruiting environment, you have to do more than the other kids around you are doing.  Your competition for a scholarship offer comes from all across the United States, not just your area.  Coaches have access to hundreds of other kids who are less talented than you, yet if you are not in the recruiting process, that is, if there is no way for coaches to access your profile and video, someone else will get the offer you want so badly.  Make sense?
