As 2012 NSR student-athlete commitments begin to arrive in our home office, it reminds us about the high quality of the prospects our company represents.  NSR scouts are out in force every day across America and in five foreign countries personally evaluating talent at high school, club, travel and individual events. 

Our 31-year dedication to our craft has not wavered.  As the world’s leading on-the-ground high school scouting organization, NSR approaches and enrolls only those prospects with the ability, desire, grades, character and family support necessary for college coaches to take seriously as college-level recruits.  Each prospect is individually vetted in a verification process which insures college coaches that NSR student-athletes are worthy of their time and effort to evaluate for their recruiting needs. 

Each day as we diligently search for those few prospects with the characteristics NSR deems essential, our scouts are ever mindful of our responsibility to our current client-prospects as well as to college coaches.  Enrolling high quality prospects is constantly at the forefront of our scouts’ thinking.  NSR prospects must be able to play at the college level.  They must be academically sound. They must have a keen desire to participate in college athletics.  They must be of strong character.  And, they must have the support of their families.  Anything less is a disservice to them and to college coaches.

Worldwide NSR prospects are receiving the attention and offers they richly deserve.  These are hard-working youngsters with the common goal of achieving something few people across the globe ever have the opportunity to experience.  It is an honorable goal which in today’s recruiting landscape requires taking full advantage of professional and technological advances to aid in their quest.  There is simply too much at stake to ignore the realities of today’s recruiting process and changes.  The direction of recruiting has taken a 90% turn and those who choose to forge ahead using archaic methods or jump on ineffective wagons suffer the consequences of those choices — no offers, no athletic scholarships and no future in college athletics.

NSR athletes get offers for two clear reasons:  1) They are qualified atheltically and academically to be a college athlete; 2) They put their trust in the very best and most trusted scouting organization on Earth.
