We welcome Madison Beagley as our Female Athlete of the Day. A 5’10” guard/forward combo player, she has earned a 3.9 GPA at Russell High School in Russell, Kansas. Her NSR scout, Michael Carlin, describes this well-rounded student-athlete this way, “Madison Beagley can play at a high level. A bigger guard who can shoot the three as well as take her man inside and have the advantage. Will play physical when needed, can drive and get to the basket. Seems comfortable using either hand to handle the ball. Tireless worker. Team MVP her freshman and sophomore years as well as Defensive Player of the Year her junior season. Great student in the classroom currently carrying a 3.9783 GPA. Heavily involved in extracurricular activites through school and in her community. Recently elected Student Body President. Madison combines the athletic ability, academics and character to make a valuable addition to any college program.” In her own words, Madison tells college coaches, “I truly believe that there is always room for improvement, and that hard work and effort can help one achieve anything they want to. This is what carries me through all the extra workouts, drills and practices, knowing that it is up to me to make myself a better player and person.”
