We love it when a plan comes together. In this case, all the stars came into alignment for NSR’s Jason Espinoza (left), one of the company’s top licensees and scouts who covers the Heart of Texas territory. NSR clients love Jason for good reason – he works his tail off for them. When they need advice, he’s there with options based on his experience and knowledge of the rules and recruiting procedures. When they need a particular college coach contacted or communicated with on their behalf, Jason can be the conduit. When it’s time to make campus visits, Jason will prep each kid about the do’s and don’ts and then he will debrief them as a way to help the client keep the visit in perspective. In this particular situation, however, Jason may have his hands full. Why? He represents six players on the top high school football team in Texas, Brownwood High Lions. - Graylon Brown (2011) is enrolled as a baseball prospect and is Brownwood’s QB. He has passed for 2,072 yards with 28 TDs and only 2 INTs. Graylon carries a 3.3 GPA.
- Levi Perez (2011) is another NSR baseball prospect. The Lions running back has scampered for 349 yds and 9 TDs.
- Vance McShan (2011) is a wideout and has hauled in two touchdowns for 210 yards. Vance is also an NSR baseball prospect.
- Cameron Deal (2013) is a sophomore football prospect. He has run for 166yds and two scores this season.
- Rey Arriaga is a senior soccer prospect who also plays linebacker and defensive end for the Lions.
- Ethan Horton is a junior linebacker is an NSR football prospect. Remarkably, the defensive unit has forced 18 fumbles and recovered 15 of them.
